Homemade Pizza is one of my all time favourite dishes and I love that I
can currently find all of the ingredients at the farmers’ market. Making the sauce with fresh tomatos, red onions and organic garlic from the market and using our own basil and rosemary from the terrace is much better than anything you can find canned or shipped in from thousends miles afar.
Some tipps for the best pizza:
-Use high quality extra virgin olive oil.
-Always make the pizza dough yourself.
-Try buffalo mozzarella! Trust me, it's worht the extra money.
-Finish with a touch of rucola on your slice.
Hmm die Pizza sieht mega-lecker aus!! Ich muss gestehn dass ich noch nie eine Pizza 'von Hand' gemacht hab. Erschien mir immer zu viel Arbeit, aber wenn ich dass so seh' versuch ichs vl. doch mal. :)

AntwortenLöscheni wanted to make a pizza the other day but didnt realize the dough takes 5 hours to rise! I think i would do blackberries and feta...or something like that. I saw it on pintrest lol

AntwortenLöschenMmmm, homemade pizza is the best! We load ours with so much more pepperoni and peppers and tomatoes than the kind you get going out or even in a frozen box. Haha, these photos are fantastic! They make me hungry :)
